CONGRESS GOVERNMENT IS USELESS & INEFFECTIVE, ASSERTS GS SHEKHAWAT

Sirohi: The BJP’s Parivartan Sankalp Yatra reached Sirohi on Monday under the leadership of Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. A general meeting was held at Ram Jharokha Maidan and the minister also addressed the media.

Shekhawat fiercely targeted the Gehlot government saying that 2 lakh women were raped during Gehlot’s rule. He also accused the government of cheating the farmers. He called for overthrowing the State govt.

In the press conference, Shekhawat said that the Water Resources Minister of Rajasthan was invited 13 times for bilateral talks in Delhi regarding drinking water schemes, but the Minister did not participate in those talks even once.

“The subject of water is with State, the entire work is done by the State govt, the Centre only provides funds and resources for it. But the Gehlot govt has never implemented water schemes and didn’t show any seriousness,” he said.
