Congress & corruption connected, says Sawant

Bhiwadi: Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant criticized the Gehlot government for alleged corruption and mismanagement of schemes. He said that Congress and corruption are connected to each other. Addressing a press conference during the Parivartan Yatra, Sawant highlighted Modi government’s schemes for public welfare, including Ujjwala Yojana, Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana and Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

Sawant also lauded PM Modi’s recent launch of the Vishwakarma Kaushal Samman Yojana, benefiting Rajasthan’s artisans and craftsmen.

LoP Rajendra Rathore highlighted the Gehlot government’s alleged failures, including the distribution of flawed Annapurna kits, outdated smartphones, and unfulfilled promises of free electricity.

He criticized the government for disbursing funds to Youth Congress workers in the name of Mahatma Gandhi Prerak and Rajiv Gandhi Yuva Mitra, despite a High Court stay order.
