CM: Single window system is working for investment in Raj

Pali: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot while addressing the inaugural session of 6th Sneh Sammelan of the Sadri Jain community , threw light on various projects ranging from flagship schemes of the government, visited Ranakpur Jain temple and wished for State’s prosperity.

The mega event started with great enthusiasm in Sadri town of Pali district where thousands of Jain families participated. The event will continue till December 31. Apart from prominent industrialists of Jain society, Jain families from different states were also present on the occasion.

After reaching Sadri by air from Jaipur to take part in the function, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot went to Ranakpur and visited the Jain temple. Earlier, Gehlot was felicitated and welcomed by the organisers of the Sneh Sammelan, apart from prominent industrialists of the Jain community, on his arrival at Sadri.

After returning from Ranakpur, Gehlot attended the conference, and greeted the Jain families from all over the country with folded hands. Chief Minister Gehlot in his address, expressed happiness that he was remembered on this occasion.

Recounting his govt’s achievements, the CM said, "The aim is to keep the common man healthy through the Chiranjeevi Yojana. We have opened 94 colleges in four years & if a school has 500 children, there will be a College. We set an example of good governance during Corona period. No one was allowed to sleep hungry. Single window system is working for investment in Rajasthan.”

Referring to Bhamashahs of Sadri, he said, "With the implementation of NREGA, the situation in famine is no longer the same as before. There is a target of generating employment for 10 lakhs individuals. There is no difference between Pali & Jodhpur. Pali will get benefit of Delhi -Mumbai Freight Corridor. 1670 English medium schools have already been opened. Earlier, I was also against English. But in today’s changed era, English language is very much necessary. English medium has been introduced in government schools," Gehlot said.
