CM Sharma hails PM Modi’s leadership in medical sector

Jodhpur: Union Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on Saturday said medical profession is “not commerce but service” and likened the role of a doctor to a priest in a temple, who is dutiful to a patient and hospital. Mandaviya was addressing 4th convocation of AIIMS, Jodhpur, in which 22 students were awarded medals while about 780 UG, PG, Nursing and super-specialty students were given degrees. CM Bhajan Lal Sharma said that during the last decade, under the leadership of PM Modi, India has become in a better position in standards of medical sector. Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat said that under the leadership of Modi, country is increasing health indices.
