CM breaks ice, meets Bharat Singh twice in Kota

Kota: The ice seems to be breaking between Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and Congress MLA Bharat Singh from Kota as they met twice in two days. CM and Singh at the Circuit House on Wednesday night and on Thursday morning Gehlot went to Singh’s residence Singh also accompanied CM to the Kota airport where the CM took a review of the airport project.

Notably, Gehlot’s meeting with MLA Bharat Singh was extremely important during Kota tour as Singh was reportedly angry for a long time. Singh has constantly been raising issues of corruption and sidelining some leaders by the government. The disgruntled MLA also shaved his head a few days ago as a mark of protest.

After the meeting, Singh spoke to First India and said, “CM was going to visit house, so I first went to the Circuit House and met him. I am often a harsh critic of him but still this is his sincerity. I will not contest the next election but my issue based stand will continue.”
