Case against 3 including the one who organised Shiv barat in Kota

Kota: A case has been filed against three people after 18 children suffered burn injuries as due to electrocution in Sakatpura Kali Basti. According to CI Arvind Bhardwaj, a complaint has been filed against the event’s organizers, Babulal, Badrilal, and Gopal, for carelessly endangering people’s lives and arranging it without permission.

A day earlier, the Energy Minister had also directed a departmental inquiry. Notably during the Shivratri procession on friday an electric current was spread.

SMS Jaipur is currently treating five youngsters who received severe burn injuries . The condition of a burned child is stated to be critical.

18 kids were electrocuted during a Shiv procession at Kalibasti, Sakatpura, Kota when a flag which was being carried during procession touched electric cable.
