BJP workers, cops clash in Jalore
Jalore: The BJP on Saturday organised Jan Aakrosh Maha Gherao in the Jalore district and protested against the misrule and corruption of the Congress government. The protest took place outside the District Collector’s office wherein State BJP President CP Joshi, MP Diya Kumari, MLA Jogeshwar Garg, MLA Chhagan Singh, MLA Puraram Chaudhary, MLA Narayan Singh, BJP District President Shravan Singh Rao, BJP leader Danaram Chowdhary and other BJP leaders were also present. The BJP attacked the Congress govt over various issues.
In view of the BJP’s Jan Aakrosh Mahagherao programme, the police claimed that the security arrangements have been made. The police stopped workers marching towards collectorate and clashed.
