BJP under PM Modi is a true advocate for tribal rights: CM
Chorasi/Salumbar: Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma, at election rallies in Dungarpur and Chavand on Monday, reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to tribal welfare and development. In Dungarpur, supporting BJP candidate Kari Lal Nanoma, he criticised Congress for misleading the tribal community and highlighted BJP’s focus on their welfare, citing initiatives like increasing the TSP Fund, addressing forest rights, and raising mess allowances for tribal students. Sharma also praised PM’s leadership emphasising achievements like appointment of Droupadi Murmu as India’s first tribal woman President.
In Chavand, he backed BJP candidate Shanta Meena, discussing key projects like Maharana Pratap Tourist Circuit & Jakham river-Jaisamand dam water supply extension. He underscored the government’s initiatives in skill development, education, and job creation, urging voters to support BJP for continued progress and honoring the legacy of late MLA Amrit Lal Meena.
