BJP practises what it preaches, says Rajnath Singh in Jodhpur

Jodhpur: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Saturday unveiled the Statue of Veer Durgadas Rathore on his 385th birth anniv in Jodhpur.

“Unveiled statue of Veer Durgadas Rathore, symbol of courage, valour and devotion to self, at Salwa Kalan near Jodhpur,” Singh tweeted.

The BJP practises what it preaches, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said on Saturday as he unveiled a statue of a Rajput general of the Mughal era here.

“It is said that there is a difference between what politicians say and do,” Rajnath said. “But the BJP does what it says. We get this inspiration from sons of soil like Veer Durgadas Rathore,” Rajnath said in his address. He said, “We need to learn from him at time when some powers are conspiring to widen rift between Hindus & Muslims,” he said.
