BJP is the sole party in the country focused on progressive ideas: Joshi

Banswara: BJP State President CP Joshi launched a scathing attack on the Congress Party, accusing it of promoting divisive policies based on caste and religion.

Joshi claimed that it was the Congress Party that had agreed to divide the country along religious lines, contrasting BJP’s stance on national unity and equality.

He criticized Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi for allegedly labeling Hindus as violent and supporting demands like the reinstatement of Article 370 in Kashmir.

Speaking at the BJP district executive meeting in Banswara, Joshi said that the BJP is the sole party in the country focused on progressive ideas. He accused other parties of exploiting caste and religion for political gains and promoting nepotism.

Joshi highlighted BJP’s commitment to serving the nation through its dedication to national issues and organisational development.

Tribal Area Development Minister Babulal Kharadi targeted the Bharat Adivasi Party for allegedly sowing division in the Vagad region and misleading youth.

He asserted that tribals have historically been Hindus and will continue to identify as such.

Former Minister Mahendrajeet Malviya echoed similar sentiments, stating that tribals have always been and will remain Hindus, while accusing the Bharat Adivasi Party of creating animosity over cultural symbols like mangalsutra, sindoor, and bangles. Former MP Kanakmal Katara, BJP District Prez Lalchand Patel, Anita Katara, and other leaders were present at the meeting.
