BJP had conspired to topple Rajasthan Government: CM

Gangapur City: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, who reached Gangapur City in Sawai Madhopur district on Thursday, lashed out at the BJP. In the general meeting, Gehlot said that the BJP had hatched a conspiracy to topple the Rajasthan Government. “But, the BJP could not succeed in its plans. BJP is killing democracy. Someone wins the election, but someone else rules after the election,’ he said. Giving examples of Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, he said that MLAs were bought by paying crores of rupees. “Such an attempt was made in Rajasthan also, but with the blessings of the public, it could not succeed here.

At that time Gangapur City MLA Ramkesh Meena supported the government. He could not get ticket from Congress in the year 2018. I am sorry for this, but you made him win and after winning, he helped save the government,” Gehlot said. Earlier, the Chief Minister performed Bhoomi Pujan of the construction work of the new building of the district hospital to be constructed at a cost of Rs 38.50 crore in Gangapur City. In his address, while enumerating the schemes of the government, he said that the scheme which we have brought is not available in any other state of the country. “Our intention has been to benefit the poor, farmers and women. Last time a separate budget was brought for the farmers,” he said.
