Biswa: Fuel cheaper in Assam than Raj
Kota: Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma targeted the Gehlot govt in Rajasthan over high fuel prices in the state. Sarma quoted figures from RBI Bulletin, revealing an inflation rate of 8.5% for Rajasthan compared to 4% for Assam. Speaking at a public meeting at Ummed Singh Stadium in Nayapura, Sarma said that if the Kanhaiyalal incident had happened in Assam, he would have settled accounts hand in hand. “Second breaking would have run in the media within 5 minutes of the news of beheading. The question of life and death is before us every day in Assam,” he said. Biswa also attended Yatra in Jodhpur where Gajendra Singh Shekhawat and Keshav Prasad Maurya were also present.
