Birla lays foundation stone of sports complex at Jai Meenesh University

Kota: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla while laying the foundation stone of the students’ block and sports complex of Jai Meenesh Tribal University on Sunday in Kota said that the university will play an important role in enhancing the city’s reputation. “It will be our endeavour to make the university an ideal centre of education by collaborating with big educational institutions of the country and abroad.” Addressing the programme organised on the Ranpur campus of the university, Birla said that in the changing scenario, it is necessary that we should encourage new thinking among the youth and promote skill development in them. Birla, while remembering the contribution of freedom fighter Bherulal Kala Badal, said that he made an important contribution in awakening the country for independence and in bringing awareness about education in the society
