Birla lays foundation stone of KV in Bundi

Kota/Bundi: Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla on Wednesday reached Bundi and laid the foundation stone of Kendriya Vidyalaya in the Gandhi Gram area. MLA Ashok Dogra was also present during the foundation stone laying ceremony. Officials informed that the project will cost Rs. 20 crore.

While addressing the gathering, Birla said that the new building will solve the problems faced by the Kendriya Vidyalaya and help students in their academic activities. He also laid foundation stone for development works in parks in Kota. He also launched the ‘Suposhit Maa Abhiyan’ in Keshoraipatan. “Our priority is to bring down the infant mortality rate in Kota & Bundi,” he said.
