Bharatpur: Miscreants open fire at SHO, police arrests two accused

Bharatpur: SHO of Atalband Police Station, Manish Sharma, had a narrow escape after miscreants opened fire at him. “Two accused, Upendra & Rajkumar were wanted in a case of murder attempt of a jeweller on Aug 28. Based on their location, a raid was carried out & they were gheraoed. They opened fire at Manish which hit his bullet proof jacket. In retaliation, cops also fired gunshots & accused sustained injuries in feet. They were admitted to RMB Hospital for treatment,” the police said.
