Baran cop arrested while accepting Rs 1 lakh bribe

Baran: The Kota ACB team arrested Housing Board police outpost incharge of Kotwali police station area, Ramdayal Madhukar, for taking a bribe of Rs 1 lakh in Baran on Friday. Under the direction of Kota ACB ASP Vijay Swarnkar, Deputy Superintendent of Police Harsh Raj Singh Khareda carried out action. According to Khareda, the complainant told SI Ramdayal Madhukar on Thursday that an unknown person called his minor grandson to the Telefactory Housing Board police post where he accused his grandson of molesting and took out the car keys and gathered a crowd. On this, SI Madhukar demanded Rs 10 lakh in lieu of freeing my grandson.
