Assam Governor lauds Vajpayee’s dedication

Udaipur: Assam Governor Gulab Chand Kataria on Monday said that the confidence of the common people in governance should increase and people should experience good governance from their heart, which is a true remembrance of former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

Kataria addressed a programme at Pt. Deendayal Auditorium of Udaipur Municipal Corporation on Good Governance day observed on the birth anniversary of former PM Vajpayee.

He lauded Vajpayee’s lifelong dedication to serving nation and setting high ideals as a public representative in both party & opposition roles. Kataria stressed the responsibility of every public servant to emulate Vajpayee’s qualities of purity and gentleness, providing good governance to common people. The event began with lighting the lamp and garlanding Vajpayee’s photo by dignitaries, including Kataria, Udaipur MLA Tara Chand Jain & Mayor Govind Tank.
