Anandpal Singh assets case: 3 cops suspended for negligence
Didwana: In the case of benami land belonging to gangster Anandpal in Ladnun town of Didwana district, a case of gross negligence and alleged connivance of the police has come to light. The land worth crores of rupees, which was attached by the police in 2016, was freed, but Ladnun SHO did not give its info to the higher authorities.
The Ladnun subdivision officer cancelled the attachment order of 190 bighas of land on April 21. When the police department got the information, Deedwana Superintendent of Police Praveen Kumar Nunawat took cognizance and formed a committee for investigation. Ladnun police station officer Shambhu Singh, head constables Iqbal Khan and Narayan Puri have been suspended for negligence.
