Amin Pathan’s bail rejected by court
Kota: A local court on Monday rejected the Bail application of Congress leader and former vice president of RCA Amin Pathan who was arrested in a case of criminal force against public servants in Kota. A vacation court on Sunday had ordered to send Amin Pathan to jail under 14 day judicial custody. The bail application was moved by his counsel which was rejected by the court. Amin Pathan is accused of threatening forest department employees.
Meanwhile, market in Anantpura was closed today by Amin Khan’s supporters in protest against the arrest.
