Ajmer Dairy reduces price of milk bought from producers

Ajmer: The Ajmer Dairy Board of Directors convened a meeting when they decided to lower the purchase price of milk from milk producers by 20 paisa per fat. This decision was mostly made because of the variations in milk delivery and consumption caused by the winter season.

According to Ramchandra Chaudhary, chairman of Ajmer Dairy, the market price of milk has not changed. In addition, the Dairy Chairman has asked CM Bhajan Lal Sharma to maintain the Mid Day Meal Scheme following the creation of new government.

In addition, he has asked the Double Engine government to create National Milk Grade, which will greatly assist milk producers, and to grant the dairy industry the status of agriculture or industry so that cattle farmers can directly benefit during times of calamity.
