Agnipath isn’t in interest of youth’

Jodhpur: Nagaur MP & RLP convener Hanuman Beniwal organised a Yuva Hunkar rally in the city on Monday in protest against the ‘Agnipath’ scheme. A large number of youth from many districts attended the rally at Chabutra Maidan. Beniwal targetting the Central & State govts, said that Agnipath scheme isn’t in interest of the youth. This scheme of TOD i.e. ‘Tour on Duty’ has made the army a tourist place. The army has been given on contract. The army is not for the tour. Beniwal alleged that the BJP was on the ventilator and the public had thrown it out. When he reached Delhi after winning and saw that there was no talk of farmers’ interest, he distanced himself from the NDA. According to him, when he left NDA, people asked him the reason, to which he replied, “My father was an MLA in 1977, while BJP was formed in 1980. People have made me an MP, not NDA. PM Modi scores goals whenever he wants. He has made ED follow Rahul & Sonia. Ukraine fought with Russia to save its honour. But our country doesn’t attack Pakistan to remove their occupation from the land.
