Admin on toes ahead of Guv’s visit to Mt Abu

Abu Road: Rajasthan Governor Kalraj Mishra is likely to visit Mount Abu on May 23. The administration and officials are on alert and are holding regular meetings to review the arrangements. Abu Road SDM Arvind Sharma has directed the officials of various departments, including Public Works Department, Water Supply Department, Health Department, Discom to do their work.

Sharma has directed officials to repair the road from the station intersection to Mount Abu before the arrival of the Governor. The Municipality and PWD have been directed to cut the bushes by the roadside, trim the trees and remove temporary encroachments.

The Manpur airstrip has been cleaned and power personnel have been directed to ensure power supply at the airstrip.
