ACB raids uncover Rs 22 lakh & assets worth crores from Municipal Commissioner

Sanchore: The (ACB) conducted raids at nine locations, including the residence of Sanchore Municipal Council Commissioner Yogesh Acharya on Friday. The raids, led by ACB Director General Dr. Ravi Prakash Mehrada, were initiated following a confidential complaint alleging Acharya’s accumulation of assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.

The raid resulted in the seizure of Rs 22 lakh in cash, documents for seven residential and commercial plots, four luxury vehicles, over 40 branded watches, a gold-plated mobile phone.
