ACB nabs RPF inspector, constable, broker in Kota

Kota: The ACB arrested an RPF inspector, a constable of Ramganj Mandi railway station and their middleman for taking bribe. The team carried out the action at a sweet shop outside Darra railway station where broker Rahul Vaishnav alias Golu was held while taking a bribe of Rs 5,000 from a vendor. After that the team arrested RPF inspector Brijmohan Meena and Constable Randhir from the railway station.

The accused were taking bribe form a vendor who has the work of drinking water at Ramganj Mandi railway station. The accused inspector had increased the bribe demand to Rs 11000 per month from the next month. Disturbed by this, vendor Durgesh Bairagi complained to the ACB. ACB’s ASP Thakur Chandrasheel Kumar told that the accused RPF inspector Brijmohan Meena was pressurising to increase the monthly bribe amount since April. The accused RPF inspector Brijmohan Meena is originally a resident of Bharatpur and search is on at house of accused Brijmohan Meena.
