ACB nabs director of Child Helpline with Rs 16,000

Chittorgarh: The Anti Corruption Bureau arrested the director of Child Helpline – Chittorgarh for allegedly taking a bribe of Rs 16,000 in Chittorgarh district late on Tuesday night.

The accused, Bhojraj Singh had demanded a bribe from the complainant in lieu of issuing a salary against the work done in the child helpline. After verification of the complaint, a trap was laid and the accused was held while accepting the bribe amount of Rs 16000. The accused was placed under arrest under the Prevention of corruption act.
