ACB nabs dairy MD with Rs 50k bribe

Hanumangarh: The Sikar team of Anti-Corruption Bureau arrested Pawan Kumar Goel, Managing Director of Sri Ganganagar District Milk Producers Union Limited redhanded while accepting a bribe of Rs 50,000.

He had demanded bribe for keeping two vehicles engaged for milk supply running without tender and for extending tender period. The ACB also searched his residence and other places.

Sikar ACB DSP Zakir Akhtar said the complainant gave a complaint to the ACB Sikar unit that he gave vehicles in Sri Ganganagar District Milk Producers Co-operative Union Limited, Hanumangarh for milk supply & Goyal was demanding bribe from him.

Complainant said the MD was continuously harassing him for bribe.
