8 child labourers rescued in Ajmer, 2 traffickers held

Ajmer: Nearly eight child labourers, all hailing from Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district, were rescued at Ajmer Railway Station by RPF on Saturday while they were being trafficked to a cement factory in Pali. Police informed the two men involved in child trafficking were arrested from the spot. “The children were handed-over to District Child Welfare Committee after they were rescued at Ajmer Railway Station. The accused, identified as Lallan and Mahesh are being interrogated,” police added.
