3 nabbed for kidnapping, demanding Rs 5 crore ransom from gutkha trader

Bhilwara: Police arrested 3 miscreants involved in kidnapping of gutkha trader and demanded ransom of Rs 5 crore. The police recovered Hyundai i20 car, a pistol and live cartridges as well as magazines used in the kidnapping from the arrested miscreants. The matter was disclosed by ASP Chanchal Mishra through a press conference. Lalit Kriplani, son of gutkha trader Ramesh Kripalani from Shastri Nagar here, was kidnapped on Saturday. After two hours, police freed kidnapped youth Lalit from a car from Kotdi town by creating a blockade. Police arrested 3 miscreants on spot while 2 miscreants managed to escape, whose search was on. Police are continuously raiding in search of absconding miscreants. Three arrested miscreants were brought from Kotdi to Bhilwara Kotwali police station on Sunday
