2-day Marwari horse show begins in Jodhpur

Jodhpur: The two-day Second Marwari Horse Show – 2023 was inaugurated in Ransi village here on Wednesday. The horse show was inaugurated by Agriculture Minister Lal Chand Kataria & RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Rathore. Organiser Sawai Singh Champawat informed that for second time in a row,national-level horse show of Marwari breed horses is being organized in Ransi village. “This year about 550 horses from different states have come to participate in show. Horse breeders from states such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, and UP are participating with horses. On the first day, competition like Adant Bacheri, Adant Bachera & Do Dant Bachera was held while on the second day, there will be 4 competitions & Best Animal of show,” said Champawat.
