1st Int’l B2B Wedding Summit on Cruise to be historic

New Delhi: The International Congress of Event Industry (ICEI) is set to host Cruisesthan-2024, presented by Black Rock Hotels & Resorts in collaboration with Fort Rajwada Jaisalmer and Wedding Vows.

This pioneering wedding planning conference will take place aboard a luxury cruise from September 17 to 20, departing from Singapore and visiting Phuket before returning to Singapore.

Gunjan Singhal, an ICEI organiser, announced that Cruisesthan 2024 will be a landmark event in the wedding planning sector, bringing together over 300 renowned wedding planners from India and globally. This unique conference will offer an inspiring setting for innovation and collaboration on the high seas.

Michael Goh, President of Resorts World Cruises, highlighted the growing versatility of cruises as venues for grand events, including weddings and conferences. He emphasised the unmatched potential of cruises to host spectacular events with stunning oceanic backdrops, integrating luxury, convenience, and adventure.

Naresh Rawal, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Resorts World Cruises, expressed pride in partnering with ICEI for Cruisesthan 2024. He noted that the event will demonstrate the exceptional capabilities of cruise ships for large-scale events, promising worldclass amenities and services for attendees.

Gunjan Singhal further explained the rising trend of cruise weddings, referencing high-profile celebrations like those of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The conference will feature a welcome dinner, talk shows, conferences, the BITA Awards, and a buyer-seller meet. Attendees can also enjoy various recreational activities including ziplining, wall climbing, clubbing, and more.
