ROPING-UP TO BOLLYWOOD INDUSTRY, SOUTH WRITER & DIRECTOR - SANTOSH KUMAR R.S

SANTOSH KUMAR R.S from South Karnataka, Shimoga district (Writer, director & Producer) likes to be called a Passionate filmmaker bcoz I have been running my Production company since 2017, banner name called PASSION MOVIE MAKERS which is registered in South, Karnataka Film Chamber & North IMPAA since 2021, Passion Movie Makers.

About me, I am an MBA Postgraduate, worked as a hotelier as well for 10 years Education was my Mother's dream & first priority as her son wanted to be the best educated person as she could not study much in her life, So she & my father wanted to give me the best education before I enter Cinema. After fulfilling my Mother's dream, I finally entered my dream in Cinema in 2015, I started as a writer for scripts & then worked in Casting & photo shoots, grooming & personal coaching & workshops for actors for almost one year, later in 2016, I turned out to be a director & Producer with a movie titled STUDENTS produced under the banner name PASSION MOVIE MAKERS.

Our Purpose for starting our productions was more than Money & fame, it was started with the motive of creating a platform for many passionate young talents across the State of Karnataka, So we conducted auditions all over Karnataka, and nearly 2000 databases we accumulated through successful audition Since then we started grooming pure fresh young new talents across the state by grooming them well & creating a good platform for new talents actors & technicians..STUDENTS was released in 2017 June & movie successfully ran for 50 days throughout Karnataka & then in 2018, I made a film titled BINDAAS GOOGLY, which was a dance concept movie, where there were 9 songs in the movie & movie became a Musically hit movie all over Karnataka released in 2018September & then I focused on few Music video ALBUMS as well in South, I made 12Music videos in which 6 Kannada & 6Hindi music. video ALBUMS released in Reputed South Music channels.

Later in 2022, I made another 3rd Kannada film titled CAMPUS KRANTI which is an Action Crime thriller Genre, RELEASED on 2023 FEBRUARY 24th, written, directed, and produced by me under the banner name PASSION MOVIE MAKERS, I was also awarded & recognized as Best director for. the film CAMPUS Kranti in Karnataka International Film Festival 2023.

After 3 theatrically films released in the South Kannada Film Industry &also completing 12 Music video songs, I looked for an expansion of business to the North Bollywood Industry, So I have made 3 Scripts to be made in Bollywood titled DSAHEB, YUV THE ROBIN HOOD & CRIME, ALL these 3 titles have been registered under. The banner name PASSION MOVIE MAKERS in IMPAA & also registered in Screen Writers Association SWA all these stories to debut my Bollywood movie with DSAHEB movie, which is Raw agents story of India & Pakistan, Genre is Action Movie.

I always wanted to make my debut in the Bollywood Industry with an Action film along with this I am doing a Bollywood Music Video titled SUNDARI, Which is a cute peppy number that is Women centric song that expresses the adolescent feelings of girls & conveys women beauty never fades which attracts all Women-age viewers with good contentful song, going to be launched in December for Christmas & New year special.

Regarding Movie Dsaheb launching movie In January 2024 shooting in Rajasthan, Delhi, Kashmir, Chennai & Mumbai for a 60days Schedule.

Written & directed by me & edited by Sanjay Sharma & Dop by Vetrri PalaniSwamy, most technicians are part of Dsaheb Hindi Feature film.

So, to conclude Even though I am from the South Celebrity Dr.Raj Kumar family and have seen stardom from birth, I never took it to head not even for a second I always desired to be a Self-made Passionate Man & always dreamt to excel as a Successful Filmmaker with my own Passion, Talent, hard works & dedication even though my entire Family is ruling Kannada Film Industry since 50 years & My Mousa Dr.Raj Kumar is a well-known legendary actor & my mouse is legendary Women Producer who. Have produced 108films & have given 96films which is hit 100days, their contributions to the Kannada Film Industry are viral & remarkable and now it's my dream to continue to excel as a Successful Passionate filmmaker by creating a platform for most the Passionate talents not just our state but from all across the nation. Most people think there is a formula to make a movie.

But I feel there is no such formula in filmmaking, WE just have to love it & our Passion for art and cinema should not perish at all, Not even a second passion should drop from our soul..Realize the passion, make a good passionate circle, be a child again & look at creating an ideal world for cinema.
