Dr. Shagun Gupta is a prominent beauty expert known for her groundbreaking work in permanent makeup and anti-aging treatments in India. Before founding the Shagun Gupta Institute of Permanent Makeup, she made significant contributions to the fields of paramedical treatment and anti-aging, generating numerous employment opportunities in the cosmetic sector. Her charm and expertise have also graced the glamour world, where she won not one, but two beauty pageants.

In 2014, Gupta was awarded the title of the Most Elegant Woman at Mrs. Gladrags. That same year, she competed against top models nationwide and secured the title of Mrs. Go-Air. Reflecting on her journey, Shagun remarked, "I have always believed that no matter how tough the world is, if you have the confidence to strive for your dreams, then nothing will stop you. I come from a conservative family, and the glamour world was a no-no in our house. Still, I pursued my dreams and started my journey by winning these beauty pageants."

Renowned as India's first permanent makeup and beauty expert, Shagun Gupta is a well-known cosmetologist, aesthetician, and specialist in cosmetic and paramedical micro-pigmentation. She is recognized as a leading micro-pigmentation and anti-aging skincare expert. As the Indian partner for Nouveau Contour, a global leader in micro-pigmentation, Gupta is a diplomat and fellow member of the American Association of Micro-pigmentation. Notably, she is the first Indian woman to serve as the president of the Federation of Korean Beauty Professionals.

For those unfamiliar, Gupta is a permanent makeup expert who has worked with numerous television and film actors and influencers. She is widely known in Bollywood for providing flawless makeup and skin treatments to various celebrities, including Freddy Daruwala, Raima Sen, Jasleen Matharu, Shaira Khan, Poonam Pandey, Kamya Punjabi, and Arshi Khan, among others.

With over two decades of expertise in the beauty industry, Dr. Gupta has been honored with the Changemaker Award by Maharashtra Governor Bhagat Singh Koshyari. She is recognized as one of the top beauty professionals, not just in India but worldwide.
