Vicky-Dhanush's warm exchange at The Gray Man premiere

The Hollywood Netflix film, The Gray Man has not been released yet and Dhanush is already receiving immense love for bagging such a huge part in the film. Directed by the Russo Brothers, the film had a specifically tailored role for the Raanjhanaa actor who was the inspiration for the director duo while filming many action sequences for Marvel.

After a grand premiere in Los Angeles which was attended by the cast and crew of the film, the Russo Brothers flew down to India to hold another premiere of The Gray Man for the Indian audience. The event saw the presence of many celebrities who came in to congratulate Dhanush on his Hollywood debut. Actors, Vicky Kaushal, Aaditi Pohankar, Elnaaz Norouzi, Alaya F, Randeep Hooda, Jacqueline Fernandez and Rithvik Dhanjani among many others were seen gracing the red carpet. Vishal Bharadwaj, Raj and DK, Babil Khan, Siddharth Roy Kapur and YouTuber Nikunj Lotia were also present for the event.

While Dhanush was stunned in a classic suit in Los Angeles, he chose to wear a traditional kurta and veshti for the Mumbai premiere. Apart from the Russo Brothers posing with Dhanush, the highlight of the evening was the heart-warming exchange between Vicky Kaushal and Dhanush. While talking to the media after interacting with Dhanush and the Russo Brothers, Vicky had nothing but praise for the Asuran actor and the film. He said, “I really loved the trailer. I have always been a fan of the Russo Brothers. And it is a big thing for us that one of the best actors in our country, Dhanush sir, is in the film. I am here to support him and the Russo Brothers.” Talking about his experience of meeting such huge personalities, Vicky shared that it is a big deal for him. “It is a huge deal for me to interact and talk with them. I felt really great and I am excited to watch the film. Dhanush has been an inspiration for me. I have been in the industry for seven years but he has been doing films for a very long time. I had messaged and praised him even after watching Atrangi Re and now he is representing us on a global platform. So, big shoutout to Dhanush sir!”
