Terrified and Grateful at the same time: Ranbir Kapoor

Ranbir Kapoor returns to the big screen after Sanju (2018) in Shamshera and is going all out to promote his film. The actor has given a number of critically-acclaimed box office hits in his 15-year-long career. At the same time, he has delivered some flops but one thing that remain constant overall is audience appreciation for Ranbir’s acting.

Speaking to Ashish Tiwari of First India on the same he said, “ I think this is a privilege that the audience wants to watch my movie in theatres and I can never take this for granted so I am always going to be grateful for the love I receive “ Speaking on his personal responsibility as a doting father and husband Ranbir shared that he and Alia did a few mock interviews among themselves as they knew that Ranbir would be asked about fatherhood while promotions he shared, “I knew I’d be asked this question a lot as I promote Shamshera. So I rehearsed a lot with Alia too. She was asking me, ‘Ranbir, aap pita banne wale ho, aap kya kehna chaahte ho?’ but these were just words, and I can’t describe the real feeling that I am feeling inside me. I am very happy and very excited, and very nervous, I am terrified also, but I am very grateful,” he said.
