MUSIC HAS MY SOUL BUT ACTING HAS MY HEART!

The singerturned-actress Amika Shail donned her look with her brand new avatar in her recent song. Her previous single ‘Dhokha’ has clocked 2 million views already. Commenting on the same Amika said “The new song is untitled at the moment but it is quite a peppy number. Being a trained singer, I love upbeat and peppy tracks that uplift the listener’s mood. I am waiting to see the first rushes of the full video eagerly. I love shooting dance numbers as the entire atmosphere on the sets is very lively. The way we have shot it, I am sure it is going to be quite a watch for the viewers.”

The song is directed by Arun Vishwakarma and choreographed by Vicky Dadhich and Akanksha Tripathi. “The team has put a lot of effort into the song so that the audience can relate well to it. I am sure that people will love dancing to this upbeat song and it will be on the playlist of every party enthusiast. I hope the audience gives immense love to the songs and our movie”, said Amika as she signed off for the moment. Meanwhile, Amika’s fans cannot wait for the song to be out and raise the temperature on social media.

When asked about her journey as an actor, the actress replied, “It’s been amazing, it has been more than 10 years in Mumbai, I came here to pursue singing but the acting pulled me in, though it was never in my plan.” When asked about her experience in reality shows, she said, “it was amazing, as my whole childhood was busy actually. Saa Re Ga Ma was my first reality show and I still remember every emotion I went through during the audition days of that show. Getting selected and then coming to Mumbai for the real competition made me stronger, then I did many singing reality shows which led me into the world of entertainment.

When asked about her preference in career, the melodious diva shared, “Music has my soul, it’s my passion, and it is my dream though acting was never in my dreams as destiny planned its part and pulled me into the acting world, acting has given me everything and I am very grateful that I chose this golden path to walk on. So it’s difficult to choose any one over the other, both are equally impor tant to me.
