MAY QUEEN BALL ROLLS OUT AT MB CLUB

The premier club of Lucknow, the Mahomed Bagh club decided to whet the appetites of its members who had not had a reasonable celebration in the last 3 years on Saturday. In full style and elegance, the Club organised the May Queen Ball which was a visual and acoustic delight which was sung in by the musicians from the Gurkha Rifles Centre who belted out contemporary music and songs.

The stage was set between lavish food and beverages stalls and the show was attended by over 600 members and their families.

The May Queen Beauty Contest had 12 contestants who gave a good presentation of their attire and personality in three rounds of catwalks ending in the question round. It was a tough competition and finally, Mahomed Bagh Club May Queens were decided on decimal point differences. The May Queen was Vasudha Verma - her answer to the question posed on the stage was an example of maturity, poise and intelligence and the First Runner-up was Aditi Dubey. The Second Runner-up was Kawalbir Kaur whose daughter was also part of the pageant in the junior category of May Princess.
