MAARICH: A NERVE WRECKING THRILLER

The movie Maarich will serve as Tusshar Kapoor’s comeback. On Friday, the trailer for Kapoor’s upcoming movie, Maarich, was unveiled. Along with Tusshar Kapoor, the movie also features Naseeruddin Shah, Rahul Dev, and actor Anita Hassanandani in significant roles. Tusshar and Seerat Kapoor spoke to First India News Exclusively about their experiences and more Sharing about Maarich Tusshar said, “ When as a viewer if people are liking the movie it feels good as that’s an unbiased review and opinion. The love that the audience has shown is reflected in the likes and love the trailer has received “ Adding to this Seerat Said, “ It indeed feels amazing to receive honest feedback on our films. People are loving the film organically and that’s a positive sign for us as a lot of energy and effort have been put through to entertain our audiences. So when a film like this comes up when you get such a positive response it gives us validation “

Tusshar on saying yes to the movie shared, “I am a very commercial person in the context of entertainment. The film should feel engaging and entertaining at the same time. There should be excitement till the end of the film” Seerat shared, “During the Narration I realised the characters are written very promptly, and it has multiple layers to each one, to love the characters is completely dependent on the audience now. Even though it looks easy, the depth the characters require is quite commendable“ Tusshar who plays the cop role for the second time shared, “During Khakee I was very new to everyone and everything. I was the junior actor on the set. But the character was very challenging as it’s very real and it’s out of my comfort zone.” Seerat added, “Indeed. He has maintained the style of a cop, he’s honest and the message that he puts across the heroism comes from there” Speaking on doing a greyshade character Tusshar shared, “It all depends on how you approach a character. If you take your character seriously it’s always challenging as you want to make it look real. To play a serious character is what I like the most because it requires a lot of effort. I have done many comedy films and hence audiences have started to perceive my characters the same way” In the meantime, Tusshar Kapoor will be making his big-screen acting comeback with Maarich after a fouryear absence. Also, this is Kapoor’s second film as a producer is Maarich, following the horror comedy Laxmii, starring Akshay Kumar, which had its world premiere only on Disney Plus Hotstar.
