Fashion with PURPOSE!

What you wear is how you present yourself to the world, especially today, when human contacts are so quick. Fashion is an instant language and its believed that you can have anything you want in life if you dress for it.

City First brings to you a woman who never misses style and ensures to make a statement with her fabulous fashion sense Lekh Uthaiah 23 year NBA graduate working as an associate consultant.

During the interview, Lekh introduced herself as a passionate and goal-oriented woman who has been in the performing arts since she was only three. She mentioned that she is a trained Bharatnatyam dancer and Karnatik music.

Following this, she told us about her journey in this field. “Enchanted by a commercial, I remember wishing that I could make it on the screen someday. I started to freelance by collaborating with photographers and makeup artists. Later, I participated in a few competitions like First Miss India and Femina Miss India.”

Speaking on her she also added “I would like to thank Gaurav Gaur for being my mentor and making this journey easy on me.”

This diva, as she mentioned earlier, is passionate. When asked about the inspiration she said, “Making my younger self proud. Growing up, I was an insecure child who constantly felt misunderstood. I always felt like I was meant for more.”

Coming to her fitness regime, the model told us that “Fitness for me is a lot more than looking aesthetically pleasing. It includes both mental and physical fitness and I make sure that I practise gratitude and mindfulness every day. I also make sure to eat healthily and exercise.”

Speaking about the impact she wants to make in this industry, the model said “The world of fashion and glamour has always enticed me. I know that fame comes with responsibility. I want to bring an impact in this world of fashion by telling people that it is important to use your platform to make people aware of global issues.”
