EVEREST UNDER HIS FEET!

Doctor Kalam once said, “Climbing to the top demands strength, whether it is to the top of Mount Everest or to the top of your career.”

A mountaineer from Jaipur, Rahul Bairwa proved that Success doesn’t happen overnight. Rather, it requires forbearance, determination and hard work. I remember telling him that his ultimate aim in life is to climb Mount Everest, and he is living for this dream. His journey itself says that he is born to conquer the Everest of his dreams and finally on May 13 in the early morning, Rahul from Jaipur made history by conquering his biggest dream ‘THE EVEREST’.

When asked about his accomplishment the MNIT alumni said, “I am still wondering whether it is a dream or reality, I made it to the Summit! The EVEREST! Sagarmatha. My supporters and I together have come this far and finally made it. It was an amazing feeling to be there, I don’t know how to explain this. My years of hard work, training and patience finally paid off. All these years weren’t easy for me and I am glad that I receive such supportive people in my life. I was truly living this dream to the top.”

Conquering his third highest mountain, the 29 years old mountaineer said, “I am very grateful to my supporter and Sherpa team, who blessed with all kinds of help, whether monetary or external support, because of them I have fulfilled my dream. I have climbed 8848.86 Mtr!

My parents have been my real support system, they allowed me to chase my dreams without worrying about their life. They always say “Do what you want to do in your life, give your best, be happy and make difference. We are always behind you”. They made me the person I am today.”

Now he wants to train young mountaineers so that they can fulfil their dreams because as we know a mountain can’t grow but as a human, we can!
