We all have different things that we go through in our life and it is very important to know that just at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter what you have faced, you know that you are going to win at the end of the day, You got to believe in yourself and that’s where your voyage of dreamland begins.

Tell us something about yourself.
My name is Pragati Srivastava and I hail from Ayodhya. Acting has given me freedom from my restricted self. It has enhanced my understanding towards people through characters.

Where do you see yourself after the next 20 years?
I would want to see myself making my parents super proud of the kind of work I do and try to give back to society as much as possible. That’s where I want to see myself and not just after 20 years but throughout my life. The only thing I need to figure out is the right actions that align.

How did your journey begin?
I was scouted by Purple Thoughts. They believed in me even though I never had that sort of background.

What were some of the battles you fought and are still fighting in your journey?
Convincing my conservative family to let me work in the industry has to top the list of battles. Apart from that continuous struggles with managing my studies and work simultaneously was a huge task but I got distinction marks so all the effort was worth the battle. But now whatever comes my way, I strategically try to solve and embrace it.
