SHUBH SHOBHA YATRA

Shree Cement Limited Beawarbased Shree Sankatmochan Hanuman Mandir celebrated its 23rd anniversary with much fervour and devotion on Saturday. During the occasion, consecration and grand aarti were completed by Acharya Lakshminarayan. Company’s Chairman Emeritus BG Bangur, Chairman HM Bangur and Vice Chairman Prashant Bangur, Viraj Bangur and Vidush Bangur performed family consecration of Shri Sankatmochan Hanumanji.

Managing Director, Shree Cement Neeraj Akhoury along with Whole Time Director PN Chhangani, President Commercial Sanjay Mehta, Jt President Commercial Arvind Khincha were also present and sought blessings during the ceremony.

Senior officers from other units of the company attended the event too which is a major annual religious and cultural event of Shree Cement. During the annual festival, Shobha Yatra, an amazing picturesque religious procession was taken out from Sri Sankatmochan Hanuman Temple premises based on Navagrahas, tableaus of deities decorated in the south Indian style. During the procession, the Bangur family seated the deity of the Lord ceremoniously in the divine chariot from their own temple with complete rituals. BG Bangur, the head of the Shree family, along with his family members also worshipped the deity.

During this, the Jiya Band of Jaipur enthralled everyone with the melodious devotional tunes that the devotees dressed in colourful costumes could not stop themselves from dancing, dancing and singing on the melodious bhajans. On the occasion of the temple anniversary of the Shree Cement Complex, the entire temple was grandly decorated, which became the centre of attraction for the people. The festival will continue today also with a Sangeet Sandhya by the renowned singer and musician Pritam Chakravorty at the Shree Rangmanch at Beawar in the evening at 8 pm.
