The Great Kebab Factory, during the Awadhi Food Festival at Radisson, ‘Nawab-se-Awadh Tak’, gave an amazing culinary and delicacy experience to its customers by curating traditional Awadhi dishes with a mix of Rajasthani touch. ‘Nawab-se-Awadh Tak’ food festival will cater to vivid palates with its rich preparation and distinct aroma as well as a specially curated buffet menu. It has been credited to Chef Irshad Ahmed Qureshi for hosting this event, which is scheduled to last until November 30.

The best part about this food festival at Great Kebab Factory is that the menu changes every day and enthrals customers with new dishes each day. The food was infused with multiple flavors catering to various taste buds. When team of First India went for the tastings, the vegetarian menu included delicacies like Subz Galouti Kabab, kutti mirch paneer tikka, tandoori khatte methi mushroom, nawabi seekh, and aloo til ke kabab to name a few.
They also have a wide variety of non-vegetarian classics like mutton galouti kabab, tandoori murgh tikka, dudhiya murgh tikka, machil lehsuni tikka, raan ki boti, tali machi, and mutton biryani that are sure to satisfy any taste.
The whole buffet along with dessert will cost you Rs 1299 (for vegetarian), and Rs 1499 (for non-vegetarian) per person.
