With over 97 crore eligible voters, this election is set to be the world’s largest. Kumar urged all citizens to ‘get inked,’ with provisions made for those over 85 to vote from home.

As the current Lok Sabha’s term ends on June 16, and with four state assemblies also due for renewal, the stakes are high. The BJP, eyeing a third consecutive term, previously secured 303 seats, while the Congress won 52. These polls are pivotal for the Opposition, striving to halt the BJP’s momentum.

In the previous parliamentary elections, the BJP clinched 303 seats, aiming for a historic third consecutive term, while the Congress secured 52 seats. With the upcoming polls looming, the Opposition bloc, spearheaded by INDIA, is gearing up for a critical showdown to halt the BJP’s momentum.
