With orders, First India’s news is testified

Jaipur: Retired IAS Ravi Shankar Srivastava & PK Goyal had also applied for the post of RERA Chairman, which was vacant since April 20. Tenure of the then RERA Chairman NC Goyal ended on April 19. RERA was implemented in Raj on May 1, 2017. According to this law, it is mandatory for all construction plans on more than 500 Sqms of land or more than 8 units to be registered with RERA.

Sale of units without registration is illegal. To enforce this law, Raj RERA was formed. It hears consumer plaints if promoters’ promises aren’t fulfilled. In this way, the news of First India has once again been proved correct.
