‘Winds of Change’ in PHQ?

Jaipur: With little over a year left to Assembly polls in state, there is a strong feeling in police dept that a new transfer list could be released any moment, which may perhaps be last or second last transfer list of IPS officers prior to the code of conduct coming into effect. In this connection, highly placed sources reveal that there is a murmur of ‘change’ in PHQ and it is said that a high ranking position would undergo a ‘massive change’! However, questions are also being raised if IPS transfer list has been stalled over this ‘change’ as ‘concerned parties’ are using their ‘pull’ to ‘sail through’? Interestingly, everyone has their own theories about the issue.
