Why is PM Narendra Modi ‘afraid’ of ordering JPC probe, asks Congress

Jaipur: Targeting PM Modi over the Adani-Hindenburg row, Cong’s national spokesperson Gourav Vallabh said at a press conference, “The Congress asked questions in Parliament on matters related to the Adani Group. It was removed from the proceedings of the House. Who does the black that Adani Group received from foreign-based shell firms belong to? Why is Modi ji afraid of ordering a JPC probe? Who do you want to save?”

Food Min Pratap S Khachariawas said, “When JPC will investigate, Raj’s MoU will also be probed. This is a scam worth Rs 10.5 lakh cr, where the voice of Congress can’t be weakened by taking Raj’s name. If there is any wrongdoing anywhere, its truth will come out. Rajasthan should also be investigated. We won’t object to it.”
