Why does delay exist in executing CM & UDH min’s ‘popular decision’?

Jaipur: In the matter related to development of township on 5 hectares instead of 10, CM Ashok Gehlot and Minister Shanti Dhariwal had taken a popular decision three months ago which had created an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the real estate sector. According to the decision, important changes were to be made in the criteria of township development on both sides of the outer area of Ring Road and National Highways. But due to the negligence of the bureaucracy, the announcements are not being completed and there is a major delay in implementing popular decisions of Gehlot and Dhariwal. This delay in implementation of decision is due to inaction of UDH officials.

Moreover, despite the passage of more than 3 and a half months, the matter has still not reached any conclusion. The JDA had issued a notification on February 27 seeking objections and suggestions till March 31 on the proposed changes. A committee was also formed under the chairmanship of JDA secretary to settle the objections. But the objections were not resolved even after two and a half months of the deadline.

So this raises an extremely important question: Why is UDH not processing the file at an accelerated pace? In the prevailing situation, this question is arising among developers & promoters: Will the announcements made by even by the CM and the Urban Development and Housing minister, not implemented?
