Who is Nikhil Anand? The prodigy of Beauty Pageant World

We often talk about the beauty pageant winners but rarely about the people who have made such prestigious platforms. Nikhil Anand is one gentleman who owns most of the major beauty pageants in India now. At 28, he owns several prestigious national and international beauty pageants that are the biggest in their categories.

Nikhil Anand, an engineer turned Entrepreneur belongs to Darbhanga, Bihar. He might have been raised in a small town, but he expanded his network to over 60 countries and expected to expand it to over 100 countries in another two years.

Nikhil Anand broke the monopoly in the Indian pageant industry after starting Glamanand Supermodel India, which is now one of India's Big three national beauty pageants. Glamanand Supermodel India holds the right to send Indian representatives to Miss International, Miss Grand International, and Miss Multinational pageants.

Nikhil Anand owns both the major teen pageants of India, i.e., Miss Teen India and Miss Teen Diva. He owns Miss Teen International, Miss Teen Earth, and Miss Teen Multinational pageants.

Recently, Nikhil Anand launched his first beauty pageant for men. Mister Universe is now owned by him, which will have its finale in June 2023. The national winners from different countries will come to India to compete for Mister Universe.

Talking to Nikhil Anand about how he started, he said, “To me, it all started with an idea of business, but later I realized that it's much more than that. Beauty pageants give you responsibility and allow you to groom people and shape their careers. Not only this but what bigger honour than representing the country? Having no connections in the industry and having the internet as the only source of information made it a tough start. I am glad I never gave up despite several failures. I have learned much about the industry and am still learning.”

Nikhil Anand holds the status of being the youngest national director as well as the youngest international pageant owner in the world. Well, an Indian holds the esteemed honour. India has one more reason to be proud of this gentleman. He has marked a massive presence of India in the world of Pageantry.
