Vande Exp’s unique features for passenger comfort

Jaipur: The Vande Bharat Express has several unique features and indigenously designed for passenger comfort. First India spoke to crew members of the train and learned some hi-tech features of the train.

The new trains have aircraft-style seats offering better sitting and reclining comfort to the passengers. The seats of the executive class can be turned up to 360 degrees. The time taken by the new Vande Bharat to attain a speed of 160 kmph will be 140 seconds, compared to 145 seconds earlier. The residual acceleration at 160 kmph will be 0.1 m/ second as against 0.05 m/second.

Likewise, the passengers can even speak to the train guard and loco pilot from the coach. Breakfast and dinner facilities are also available on the train. The train is specially designed for specially-abled people.
