Unani College okayed in Jodhpur’s Ayurved University

Jaipur: he CM Ashok Gehlot has given approval to open Unani College in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur campus. Along with this, he has also approved the creation of new posts for the operation of the college.

According to the approval given by the CM, 8 academic posts will be created for the operation of the college. In this, 4 posts of Associate Professor and 3 posts of Assistant Professor will be filled permanently and 1 post of Assistant Professor will be filled on part time basis. Similarly, 24 non-teaching and hospital staff posts will be created. Apart from this, approval has also been given to fill 18 posts of Gardener, Ward Boy, XRay Technician and Peon etc. through outsource agency and 12 posts of Medical Specialist, Surgical Specialist, Pathologist on part time basis.

CM Gehlot has also given approval to get the work done for the construction of new Unani College with an amount of Rs. 7 crore. It is noteworthy that in the budget year 2023-24, the Chief Minister had announced the opening of Unani College in Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, Jodhpur campus.
